Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking with Motorcycle Escape. By booking or participating in one of our motorcycle adventure tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the following terms.
1. Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for their own health, safety and welfare throughout the duration of the motorcycle tour.
Clients must ensure that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the selected tour and are capable of managing the riding conditions, terrain and itinerary involved.
2. Travel and Health Insurance
All clients must obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance before the commencement of the tour.
The insurance policy must include coverage for:
- Motorcycle riding and related activities
- Medical treatment and hospitalisation
- Emergency evacuation and repatriation
- Personal accident and injury
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Loss of personal belongings
Clients may be required to provide proof of valid and adequate insurance before joining the tour.
Motorcycle Escape accepts no liability for health-related issues, injuries or medical expenses incurred during the tour. Any associated costs will remain the responsibility of the client.
3. Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid passport, visa and any other documentation required for travel.
All passport, visa, immigration and entry requirements should be verified with the relevant Embassies or Consulates well in advance of the journey.
Motorcycle Escape accepts no responsibility if a client is unable to travel due to failure to comply with passport, visa, immigration or entry requirements.
4. Flights and Travel Arrangements
Flights to India and domestic flights within India must be arranged and paid for by the client.
Travel arranged by Motorcycle Escape will follow the confirmed tour itinerary and will commence from the specified tour starting point, date and time.
Clients are responsible for reaching the tour starting point on time.
5. Optional Excursions and Additional Tours
Excursions, activities or additional tours booked separately while travelling are not included as part of the package provided by Motorcycle Escape.
Any contract for such an excursion or activity will be directly between the client and the relevant third-party operator.
Motorcycle Escape is not responsible for the operation, quality, safety or outcome of any separately booked excursion, activity or tour.
6. Health Conditions
Clients must inform Motorcycle Escape in advance about any pre-existing medical condition, physical limitation, allergy or health concern that may affect their participation in the tour.
Failure to disclose a relevant health condition may result in the client being unable to participate in certain activities or continue with the tour.
7. Personal Health and Belongings
Motorcycle Escape accepts no responsibility for any illness, injury or damage to a client’s health during the tour, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Clients are responsible for the security of their personal belongings, documents, luggage, money and valuables throughout the journey.
Motorcycle Escape accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.
8. Riding Licence and Experience
Clients must possess a valid motorcycle licence and, where required, a valid International Driving Permit or international motorcycle licence.
Clients must have the necessary riding skills and experience to safely participate in the selected tour.
Motorcycle Escape reserves the right to restrict or refuse participation where a client’s riding ability may create a risk to themselves, other participants or the tour team.
9. Safety Guidelines
Clients must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Motorcycle Escape, its tour leaders, guides, mechanics and authorised representatives.
Clients must ride responsibly, comply with local traffic laws and use all required safety equipment.
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
10. Itinerary Changes
Motorcycle Escape reserves the right to modify the itinerary where necessary due to circumstances including:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Road closures
- Natural disasters
- Political or civil disruption
- Mechanical issues
- Safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Any changes will be made with the safety and overall experience of the group in mind.
11. Motorcycle and Equipment Rental
Clients renting motorcycles, riding equipment or other items from Motorcycle Escape are responsible for their proper care and use.
Any loss or damage caused during the rental period may be charged to the client.
The applicable repair or replacement cost will be determined based on the nature and extent of the damage or loss.
12. Liability
Motorcycle Escape shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, additional expense or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
This may include weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruption or third-party service failures.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking or participating in a Motorcycle Escape tour, clients acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Clients are strongly advised to read and understand all terms before completing their booking.
