Client Responsibility:
- Clients are solely responsible for their own health and welfare throughout the duration of the motorcycle tour.
- It is mandatory for clients to procure comprehensive travel and health insurance, including coverage for motorcycle-related activities.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the necessary passport, visa, and other immigration requirements specific to your travel. Kindly verify these requirements with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates well in advance of your journey. We expressly disclaim any responsibility in the event that you are unable to travel due to non-compliance with any passport, visa, or immigration requirements.
- Flights to India and within India are the responsibility of the client to arrange and pay for. Travel arranged by Motorcycle Escape will be in line with the tour itinerary, commencing at the tour start point/date.
- Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for while you are on holiday are not part of your package holiday provided by us. For any excursion or other tour that you book, your contract will be with the operator of the excursion or tour and not with us. We are not responsible for the provision of the excursion or tour, or for anything that happens during the course of its provision by the operator.
Insurance:
- Clients must provide proof of valid and adequate insurance before the commencement of the tour.
- The company accepts no liability for any health-related issues or injuries sustained during the tour, and clients are responsible for any associated costs.
Health Conditions:
- Clients are required to inform the company in advance of any pre-existing health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the motorcycle tour.
Damage to Health or Belongings:
- The company accepts no responsibility for any damage to the health or personal belongings of clients during the course of the tour.
Riding Skills:
- Clients must possess a valid international motorcycle license and have the necessary riding skills to participate in the tour.
Itinerary Changes:
- The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or road closures.
Cancellation and Refund:
- Clients are subject to the company’s cancellation policy, which may involve non-refundable deposits or fees. Please refer to our specific cancellation terms for details.
Liability:
- The company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control.
Safety Guidelines:
- Clients must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the company and its representatives during the tour.
Equipment Rental:
- Clients renting motorcycles or equipment from the company are responsible for any damages or loss and will be charged accordingly.
By participating in our motorcycle adventure tour, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. It is strongly recommended that clients carefully read and understand all terms before confirming their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit ensures reservation of your spot on the tour.
Remaining Tour Fee:
- The remaining tour fee is fully refundable up to 2 months (60 days) before the scheduled start date of the tour.
Refunds After One Month:
- Refunds requested within 2 months prior to start date (60 days or less) before the tour start date will be processed as follows:
- 30-60 days prior: 50% of the remaining tour fee will be refunded.
- Up to two weeks before the tour (15-29 days): 25% of the remaining tour fee will be refunded.
- Less than two weeks before the tour (14 days or less): No refunds will be provided.
- Refunds requested within 2 months prior to start date (60 days or less) before the tour start date will be processed as follows:
Transfer of Booking:
- In lieu of a refund, clients have the option to transfer their booking to another participant, subject to approval by the company.
No-Show or Early Departure:
- No refunds will be issued for clients who do not show up for the tour or decide to depart early for any reason.
Cancellation by the Company:
- The company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of all fees paid.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame and may be subject to transaction fees.
Client Responsibility:
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they understand and adhere to the cancellation policy. We recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers unforeseen cancellations.
By confirming your booking with our motorcycle escape company, you acknowledge and accept these cancellation terms. The non-refundable deposit serves as confirmation of your understanding and agreement with this policy.
